Uproar over ammonium nitrate cargo ship allowed to float off NSW coast

A cargo ship carrying 3000 tonnes of ammonium nitrate, a dangerous chemical used in mining blasts, was allowed to float off the coast of Newcastle coast for seven days, from 22 to 29 April.
