Hydramet, the chlorination specialist, is proud to announce that due to the popularity of the company’s chlorine training programmes public courses have been scheduled for the remainder of 2010.
Hydramet offers a variety of training programmes in cooperation with Orica covering the Health & Safety issues surrounding the use of chlorine. Hydramet will be running their Chlorine Safety Awareness training and Chlorine Operator training in August at the Head Office in Perth and Adelaide. The same courses will be held again in October in Adelaide and in November in Perth.
Hydramet's presenters have had many years experience handling chlorine and are able to ensure the training is directly relevant to all participants. Delegate numbers are strictly limited to a maximum of fifteen to enhance the learning experience. Hydramet specialise in Chlorine Safety Awareness, Chlorine Storage & Handling, Chlorine Systems Maintenance and Chlorine Emergency Response Management training.
For those who operate chlorine installations Hydramet’s Chlorine Operator training course includes awareness of chlorine and it’s properties, handling and storage practices, emergency response, basic first aid and symptoms of chlorine exposure.
For companies with eight or more delegates Hydramet can tailor a chlorine training programme to suit the needs of the business and conduct the course on site. Hydramet has been responsible for training hundreds of staff from water utilities to many specialist disinfection applications including aquatics, food processing and mining.
